Female Pathway to Electrical participants
Please make welcome the first intake of the Female Pathway to Electrical participants, a joint initiative between CME & CITB.
Today’s initiative has been 18 months in the making between Chris Mattner (CME CEO) & Marie Patterson (Construction Industry Training Board (South Australia CEO), both CEO’s are passionate when it comes to creating opportunities for females looking for a challenge in the male dominated Construction Industry.
It is extremely important that we as industry leaders come together to create direct pathways for female workers within the construction industry. It has been a pleasure partnering up with the CITB to make this happen – Chris Mattner
